As a school manager Marina Lemaitre brings to our educational program, more than 25 years of education management experience in the field of young adult training and employment, and early language acquisition as well.

From 2003 to 2013, Lemaitre served as the Director of the Parisian “Pole-emploi International” Employment Agency, a reputable employment and professional training service operating nationwide. In this role Lemaitre assessed and selected bilingual professionals of all grade levels and ages to work in positions where language skills were highly needed and valued. She implemented vocational training programs to help young people develop their cultural and linguistic knowledge to ensure a better career and encourage diversity in the workplace. She also was a marketing professor at the University of Nancy in France, where she wrote education curriculum and developed successful teaching methods to prepare students for entrance exams and tests.

Since 2013, Marina Lemaitre worked more than 7 years as a Program Manager at The Language Workshop For Children – New York, where she supervised all aspects of the school’s operations and educational programs. She was also a French teacher to adults and a tutor to younger students for French assessment test prep. She joined the VHG Group Daycares and Preschools team in 2019 as an Operations Manager.

Marina holds her Master’s degree in Management from Rouen Business School, one of the top business and management schools in France and a Bachelor’s degree from Lycee Marcel Roby, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France. Lemaitre was an active board member of the Rouen Alumni Association and the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants de France, an internationally recognized business leadership program.
